[bbssig] Full duplex packet repeaters?

We have one here in the Seattle area.

We had (past tense) five UHF 9600 baud FDX repeaters operating at one 
time. Sadly, three of them are now out of service because the tower 
company figured out that we weren't paying customers (they acquired the 
sites from a wireless telephony company).
