[digi-voice] CODEC

Hi,

I am JG8NID Mitsuyasu Ichimura, Japanese Amateur.
I want to experiment on digital voice. But, I don't determine
the codec. Perhaps I will use G.723.1 or G.729. I want to know
which codec is popular in USA.
