[dsp] New DSP code and the Flash

Howdy all,

I now have the new version of Bob's DSP-10 code running from Flash.

I was never able to load previous versions. It would always hang on a
reboot.

The secret is to use the latest Flashutil on Lyle's web page. This seems to
have corrected a problem with the previous version.

Now when I power on my unit, about 2 secs later it's ready to go. Just need
to run the console. No more uploading DSP code!
