[dsp] DSP-93 and Windows

Hi,
I have a DSP-93 I want to use as an audio DSP on my TS-440.
I have an old laptop with Win98se but the D93WE software doesn't behave as
expected using this. Is there a way to use the software on other versions of
Windows or do I need to make up a Win3.1 or DOS machine?
