[Ham-80211] Binary-CMDA

Anything happening on 70cm? I noted a couple special use permits were
recinded in the past implying SS was legal across the band. Ubiquiti makes
up/down converters for 802.11g and might be tempted into the ham bands if
there were enough interest.
