Interesting looking devices.  Looks like they could be used on our 
446 MHz ATV channel in areas where there is no ATV 
repeater.  Unfortunately, 420-430 is largely unavailable in VK due to 
commercial/government use in the major cities, so for 90+% of the 
population, we only have 430-450 MHz.

Bandwidth isn't an issue down here, we have no limit on 70cm, other 
than the band edges themselves. :)
