From n9zks at earthlink.net Fri Oct 14 20:02:11 2005 From: n9zks at earthlink.net (n9zks at earthlink.net) Date: Fri, 14 Oct 2005 15:02:11 -0500 Subject: [htaprs] My new EarthLink email address Message-ID: <380-220051051420211299@earthlink.net> The computer made me do it! I lost my hard drive and when I attempted to replace my address book it insisted on notifying everyone. I guess it's a good chance to find out who has changed their address because I'll get those back. n9zks at earthlink.net Please take a moment today to write down my address and add it to your email address book. I don't want to miss any of your messages! Make a handheld black box that is self contained where APRS will run on it with scalable maps & messaging capabilities as a minimum, touch screen with keyboard (have external plug-in as well), and micro drive slot, TX/RX radio on 144.39 with TNC (strip D7 down for example), GPS, and GPS and radio antennas (have external antenna capabilities as well). Well that should keep you busy for the winter(s). Remember, no wires going to or from the black box other than maybe a power cord. Good luck.
