[nos-bbs] JNOS 2.0c4 (bleeding edge) - HFDD update, NOSaprs, updated docs

Greetings all,

The soccer season is upon us, so I better get this out while I can ...

The (bleeding edge, experimental) JNOS 2.0c4 is now available to play
with. The HFDD (HF Digital Device) server is finally ready, NOSaprs has
been updated, and I have revamped the HFDD documentation to fully reflect
the latest HFDD stuff contained in JNOS.

This is still far from perfect, but we're slowly making progress. As usual,
you can download source, configs, and other information from this site :
