[nos-bbs] AXUDP on Apple Mac

I guess it could be possible to cross compile the AX25 tools on a Mac. I
dunno what they'll do though once they are built.

Just for jollies I'm gonna try compiling JNOS on my Mac. Hey, I might
work!
