[nos-bbs] JNOS (linux) - direct baycom attach - no more net2kiss !

This is awesome.

I just finished writing a protoype 'attach baycom' driver, JNOS can
now attach direct to the linux kernel baycom modules. No more need
for the pseudo ttys and the net2kiss driver.

Just testing it now with my XR based baycom board - man is it fast
and boy does it work nicely. Using 2.4.22 kernel and going back to
the older Slackware 9.1 ! I'll see what I can do regarding more
recent distributions when I have a bit more time.

I'll have something out *officially* in the very near future.
