Did you REFRESH (maybe you're looking at a cache copy).

It's definitely there, right under 'Downloads are split into 4 ...', ie :

Patches
The latest JNOS 2.0f contains a mistake that messes up headers ...
* download this file, put it in your JNOS source directory ...
