[nos-bbs] JNOS 2.0f Messages

Above examples doesn't effect things mailed  with "s xx9xx" or "sp
xx9xx", so without the '@'

Yeah, this is what I am talking about. Messages left on the local BBS for
another local BBS user. For example: If I send a message to XX#XXX, the
message is saved to the MQUEUE directory, but when XX#XXX logs into the BBS,
the message is not visible to him. When XX#XXX sends a message to me, the
message is in the MQUEUE directory, however, it does not show visible to me,
even when I List.
Does this make sense?
