It passed the chip-out power test fine. Having problems programming it. The picprog.exe will not run under Win 2k. What is recommended for Win2k? The CD with the kit is confusing as to what tools on it I might run - if they work on Win 2k? Is there another web site to get a development IDE for PIC on Win 2K? I found pixie.exe on the tapr site and it runs but I get C\: PIXI picediag.hex Verify Failed Data Verify Failed No power on as per instructions, J4 in or out makes no mater - PWR LED no flicker. I tried with a very short programming cable - no go? Checked the board for errors and found none. Any ideas? -- William Dale - N2RHV
