Due to a slight mishap with a power supply I have had to get myself another motorola oncore gps engine. (it didn't like 13.8 volts one little bit!). The second-hand engine I have now got does not want to talk NMEA, only motorola protocol. Using winoncore12, I cannot persuade it to talk MNEA no matter what I do. It locks and runs very nicely but as soon as I tell it to go to NMEA output, it falls silent and will not speak again until I switch back to motorola. Below is the output from the receiver in response to the ID command. Any help would be appreciated, this receiver is to run with Tardis to set the clock on my pc (for use with WSJT) and Tardis doesn't speak motorola. Looking at it another way, are there any time-setting programs out there that understand motorola protocol?
