[tacgps] GPS items for sale

I used them extensively (generic answer: not these, specifically) for 
Cow Correction.  They work well.

For those who don't know, I've been involved off and on in "Cows In 
Space" where we track bovines using differentially corrected GPS 
positions.  We used a Trimble 4000SSi the first several times.  Lately 
we're using the TAPR system with an OnCore receiver with excellent results.
