[time-freq] Programming the Reflock II

Hi there,

I've just completed construction of my board and reached the programming 
phase.
I'm happy to say that I had no problems loading and verifying any of the 
.pof files
(in the CPLD) provided on Luis's website using Altera's Quartus II 
Programmer software using a ByteblasterMV clone I built sometime ago..

Now to finish off my local oscillator and decide which configuration to go 
for, use
a 10MHz reference or 1pps!!
