Hi Bobby,
For the moment I have to refer you to Luis' web site and his article titled
"Locking VCXOs to a GPS 1PPS Output"
http://w3ref.cfn.ist.utl.pt/cupido/reflock.html
I believe Luis' "r2_enhpps_20" in slightly different that this paper which
is an older design. I hope that Luis up dates us with the internals to the
new code. I am sure he will also get the lock detection working as well.

Subject: [time-freq] A few clues
Hi Steve,
Many details are still missing, for instance I noted the .txt file says
conf=11 locks to 10 KHz
multiples. What does that mean ? Dividing 10 MHz by 10 KHz is still 1 KHz
from a 1pps lock.
Where is it generating the compare freq ? A theory of how the
r2_enhpps_20.pof configures
the cpld would be useful. Especially since Peter's board isn't doing what is
expected, it would
be nice to have the correct expectation.
