I just reread my last post, and I didn't make it clear the tune voltage swings above the 2v level by
0.75 to about 1V and stair steps down until it falls below by about 0.5V. It falls lowest to about 0.5V
below the 2V level when it steps 15 times before the LED2 flashes off and the cycle starts over with
tune voltage jumping to about 0.75V about.
