As I said in the previous posting, I've noticed the LEDs light when the tune voltage is at or near 0V.

But looking at this with a faster sweep time, I notice the led is on only when the tune voltage is
0V, but the tune voltage can be 0v for a few seconds before or after the led comes on or goes off,
before the tune voltage spikes to some level.

Perhaps indicating a mismatch in the filter loop timing ?

Another clue ?
