[time-freq] Reflock ll Assembly Help Needed

Due to the current status of my eyes and hands I am unable to assemble a  
Reflock ll board.  Would anyone be willing to "hire out" and assemble a  board 
for me?  Please quote a rough guess on the cost.  Thanks for  your consideration.
