  15,734.264 +/- .05Hz with the field frequency of  59.94 Hz again for the us NTSC system M although I think PAL M has the same Fh and field rate for instance Brazil. It is sometimes generalized as 15,750 Hz / 60 Hz.. Most PAL / SECAM systems use the 15625 +/- .016 Hz for Fh and field rate of 50 Hz.. 



  I am writting this on a simple text editor and from memory which as I get older is failing more often.

    SORRY IT IS  3.57954545Mhz  +/- 10 Hz  D< .1 Hz  US NTSC M  Fsc=455/2  . Fh



    The other frequeny is PAL M  Fsc=909/4 . Fh





    I've worked with so many stands converters that there all blurring together

    Do you think that it would be possible to use RefLock II to lock a 10 or 100 MHz oscillator to 3.57954545... MHz input?
