[time-freq] clock blocks

I got my clock blocks today. They look good.   I am hoping to find time to
power one up tonight.

 

One bug I've noticed with all three boards I have:  the J2 RF input
connector has been installed backwards, at least w/r/t the J3 & J4 RF output
connectors.
