Great! Glad it's working. One of the uses for the sync circuit is to measure the offset of an oscillator against GPS -- hook the device under test to the TADD-2, synchronize against GPS, then use an oscilloscope or time interval counter to measure the speed at which the two PPS signals drift apart.
