[time-freq] TADD-2 Initial checkout current draw...

You're fine.  I need to update that measurement; it was cribbed from the 
TADD-3 manual and doesn't take into account the second 10V regulator on 
the TADD-2.

I'll update the manual; thanks for pointing out the error.
