[time-freq] TADD-2 assembly question

Thanks for the reply; it's running great now.

Just for the record, I believe there's an error where "Initial Test --
2" asks to measure 5V bus at D1's cathode: it is in fact 13.8V there,
but one can check the 5V bus voltage at the output of IC1 instead.
