[time-freq] TADD-2 success

Thanks to all who made this a easy to assemble and fun project. No problems at all and it is hard to find any errors but :-)

The silk screen IC numbers would be more useful if they were readable after the sockets are installed, some are some are not.

The empty feed through holes invite wires soldered on both sides, if done with care would this cause problems ?
