[time-freq] Trimble Thunderbolt 1 PPS problem

Hi, Alan:

I have the same exact problems with two units which does not have 1PPS
output.  I try to troubleshooting it but without schematics, I do not
know where to start.

I also bought from Ebay and I am planning to return my two units to the seller.
