[vna] Uncalibrated message

I might as well add my 2 cents worth to the confusion. I have the Beta
2.0 running on my desktop computer, but I get the "error in
configuration" message when running it on my Tablet PC. Both are
Windows XP Pro (the Tablet using the Tablet edition), and both have
.Net 2.
