[vna] BETA 2.1 updated.

A new version of the VNA BETA 2.1 software had be uploaded to the TAPR website.
This improves the convergence accuracy of the detector calibration. Thanks to several of
the guys for sending in the data dump produced by the convergence code when it wouldn't
converge well.

This version calculates a couple new parameters. If you sucessfully ran the previous version
of BETA 2.1, it will require re-running the detector calibration to compute & save these
new parameters.
