[wxsig] Wind direction messed up with AAG V3 and Modem mode

Sorry it took a bit, but I had trouble finding my AAG V3 weather head, then
had to take off for a 5-day business trip.

Good news is once I located the weather head and set it up I am able to
duplicate the problem.  I expect to find a fix shortly.
