[wxsig] T238 1.15.7 Firmware release

Folks:

I did find and isolate Jim's wind direction bug.  It was exactly as
described, only ocurring if you were in Modem mode (T238 or T238+) and using
an AAG V3 wind direction sensor.  No-one else should see the bug.

Release 1.15.7 fixes the bug and is posted on http://www.beals5.com/wx under
the downloads section.
