[wxsig] T238+ kit error

I recently (this morning) disconvered that 3 kits shipped (or were sold at
Dayton)  with the wrong D-shell connector in envelope #1.  You should have
gotten a 9-pin female (DE9F).  If you got the wrong one (male), let me
know and we'll arrange a swap.  

The finished kit should have a female connector on the base board and a 
male on the modem.
