[wxsig] RE: Problem w/ new t-238+

I had a problem that sounds similar to this while I was fooling
around with the brand new unit on the bench.  I then went through
the setup for UART/Display Options and things seemed to be fine
even with no sensors connected (of course I got the no device
error message).
