[wxsig] T238+ error on Clock

I have been seeing a lock up on the unit when not used with the DS1994
Clock chip.
Here is the data stream from a Kantronics Kpc3 plus I use for Digi.  I
am not using the internal modem.

Note that the last data file was sent at 012359z midnight.
I have had this happen more than once and thought it might go away.  I
do reset the date and time for each reset.

Has any one else noticed this problem? I do plan to add the clock chip
soon but thought that others who build the kit would want to add the
clock as well.  I am using ver. Rev 1.15.3R. from Beta kits.
