[wxsig] cheap radiation meter

I just realized it would be easy to add a background radiation
meter to the weather station. Just eBuy an old CD Gieger counter
for $50 and wire the headphones (with suitable conditioning) to
a weatherstation counter (e.g. rain or lightning). I'll give it a 
try. 

If you do, be sure to get the right counter. Many are low
sensitivity; will take a nuclear strike within 5 miles to
wake it up...
