[wxsig] a comment on regulators

Several comments have popped up recently regarding the 7805 and it's heat in 
the T238. There is a drop-in replacement by TI that is a switching regulator 
with about 80% efficiency. It is pricey at about $12 but (in my mind) well 
worth the reduction in heat (and drop in power). I have several operating 
around here and do HF and have had no indication of any hash.
