[wxsig] T-238+ and TAI8515 WSI

I built the T-238+, all checks were fine and it works untill I plug the TAI8515 into the RJ 11 port there apears to be a short. If the TAI 8515 is used with the DS9097 universal com adapter to a pc it works and looks to be ok. 
 Been reading the manual and rereading, does anyone have an idea what I am over looking?
