Should be OK.  I must confess I used the existence theorum of smart TNCs
that can send beacons and do packet mail unattended as my reference point
rather than looking up all the rules and regs.

Assuming this is for ham radio use, the only thing else you need to get on
the air is a radio as the T238+ provides the modem functions.
