[wxsig] T-238+ problems

I finished the assembly of the main board and modem board - post-build
checks were ok and everything was working well (heartbeat and LCD display).

I connected the Tecnologia Aplicada 1-Wire™ Weather Instrument Kit V3.0 to
the main board and applied power to the main board.

Instead of displaying the normal display, the LCD shows solid squares.  The
heartbeat light blinks normally, and the heat sink on the main board gets
very, very warm.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
