[wxsig] Screw Sizes

Well, if I hadn't gone on a week's holiday, this would have been settled
earlier without all the guesses.
  
I'm still interested to know if the kit was shorted the 8 screws or not.  

Kent, can you tell me what page the 6-60 reference is on so we can fix
that and avoid further confusion.
