[wxsig] Usage of a laCrosse 3610 with a TNC

I use a Peet Bros. Ultimeter 2100 and plug it in directly to the 9 pin of a
KPC-3 Plus with no PC involved. You then can use the 25 pinn for APRS etc.
with a PC.
