[wxsig] Connecting T238+, X1W-1. X1W-2 and AAG

It's still a work in process, but yes I intend to leave it there and link 
to it from the tapr pages once it's polished.

Also if anyone has information on other sensors besides the TAPR and AGG 
units, please send it so I can include it in the table.
