[wxsig] TAPR X1W-2 kit

Wonder if the kit will be available soon?

Or enough of the hard to find parts that I could
cobble the one together?

I can still wait if the kit is coming back, just
didn't want to miss out on this one sa as to keep the
whole wx station tapr.
