[wxsig] Using T238+ with Peet Bros Ultimeter 2000

Hi Michael,

If you haven't found it, the Operations manual on Will's web site is 
very useful.  It describes the various data formats that the T239+ will 
accept - including Peet starting on page 6.  The manual can be found
