[wxsig] T238+ Sensor Setup

Check that the polarity of 1-wire bus to the RH sensor is correct.  AAG
seems to have a different idea of the RJ 11 connector wiring from that
used on TAPR devices.  (also to make it more interesting, some 
telephone cables are straight through and some have a 'twist')
