[wxsig] T238+

Hi all

I understand that the T238+ has been discontinued which I think is a shame but anyway I want to be able to build but I want to see if I can PCB layout so I can get some made up, there is 4 of us that want to build them so getting 6 or 8 board sets done is not going to be a huge issue for us.
