[wxsig] Replacement anemometer cups for org. Dallas One-Wire anemometer

It appears that Texas Weather Instruments (txwx.com) made the original for 
Dallas Semiconductor.  From pictures, the T1-WS looks to be the same.  
Whether you can get replacement parts is a different question.
