It's an HC08 - you want Freescale Codewarrior for Microcontrollers.  I 
still work with v6.3 for my 8-bit and Coldfire v1 stuff, but the new 
versions are Eclipse-based.  The free versions usually have some 
restriction on code size, at least for C.
