TAPR publishes Packet Status Register (PSR) quarterly. This membership journal features both technical and non-technical articles. PSR has been published since and is recognized as an authoritative source for up-to-date user and technical information on digital issues. Much of the material in PSR is timeless.

- April 15 for the Spring (pre-Dayton Hamvention) Issue (to be published May 1)
- August 15 for the Summer (pre-DCC) Issue (to be published September 1)
- October 15 for the Fall Issue (to be published November 1)
