The carts are the same height as the table saw, and they have locking casters. This allows them to be used as in-feed and out-feed tables for the saw. They also have full-extension drawers to hold tools.

The carts ‘dock’ into the workbench, with the drawers hidden (mostly to keep out dust). The locking casters are accessible from this side so that the carts latch in place under the workbench.

The cabinets are hung on French cleats, so they can be moved around easily. They are 3/4” birch plywood, the forward facing edges are veneered with white birch. The back is 1/4” birch plywood rabbeted into the frame. The finish is oil-based polyurethane which yellows the birch a fair amount.

This is the first large project in awhile. A workbench, cabinets, and 3 roll-around carts.
